LMS 4.0 installation on windows 2008 server : DCR down

Hi,

Few days back we have Installed and configured the LMS 4.0 on windows 2008 platform successfully.

but as of now , we are facing issue related to DCR server.

we are getting below error " DCR server is down or may not start properly "

when i go through logs also ( DCR.logs ) , i could not see any error other than Log4j.

please find attached DCR logs.

Please suggest me to do workaround.

Hi,

please try to add the LMS host name and IP address into the hosts file of the windows server

reboot and check if the issue still there.

Kindly share dcr.log and dcrclient.log along with Syslog.log from location CSCOpx\log.
