LMS 4.1 - All devices gone missing.

Hi Folks,

Over the last few days all of my devices have disappeared from the device list within LMS 4.1. We have about 850 devices that have vanished. However, the LMS seems to still be polling the devices? 

Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas what could be the cause and resolution. Really frustrated by this. This was working ok last week.

Hello John,

seems like the Device Credential Repository process from your LMS have problems, check that the DCR Server are running with the command NMSROOT/bin/pdshow command.

Hi John,

if the polling and reports are still working for these devices.

try to restart the LMS services ( net stop crmdmgtd & net start crmdmgtd )

/etc/init.d/dmgtd stop and start

or reboot the server once ,if restarting the services does not help
