LMS 4.2.3 License problem

Hi all,

I have a Cisco prime Infrastructure 1.2 that include Cisco prime NCS 1.2 and Cisco Prime LMS 4.2.

On License menu of LMS system I have that:

But when I go to open menu: Monitor->Monitoring tools -> Fault Monitor

Iget the following pop-up

I wonder if it is normal.

Hi Gianpiero,

       Do you try to reimport the license and restart the daemon?

       In addition, I just wonder that what LMS-COMP license use for?

Unfortunately I can't test it until next week.

The license LMS-COMP was already pre-loaded immediately after installation

Good News,

fortunately, the problem is solved by a reload of the virtual machine before I could try to restart only the service, then I think that your solution could be fine too.
