LMS 4.2 error in Collection Settings

Hi everybody,

Our customer is try to make a configuration by web interface menu:

Admin > Collection Settings > Inventory

After select the menu below they always received this message:

Error in starting acquisition: unable to connect to server

I need to know what is the source of this error, and if is possible how to fix it.

The errors indicates there is issue with some processes in backend due to which the User tracking isn;t working.

Please share the output of pdshow from the server command prompt (NMSROOT\bin\pdshow) to see if all the processes are working fine.

Also, have you tried restarting the daemon manager/server?

Does the other features work fine?
