The lms-4-2-Win-eval.zip file is the one necessary for a trial installation. You need to get it via the portal at mediuscorp (redirection from www.cisco.com/go/nmsevals) though and not via the main download page at cisco.com. When you download and install it on a Windows server you will be able to use it with the included evaluation license for up to 100 devices for 60 days.

The other part numbers you listed are all upgrade SKUs (part numbers) for customers with existing licensed installations of those various Prime products.

If you have a VMWare environment I would encourage you to try the soft appliance (Linux) version instead of the Windows one. It is much simpler and quicker to setup and manage.
