LMS 4.2 upgrade to 4.2.1

Hi,

I'm in the process of upgrading from 4.1 to 4.2.3 sequentially and I've come across a problem. Yesterday all was well in going from 4.1 to 4.2 but today after going from 4.2 to 4.2.1 I'm unable to login and get the error. This happens both with my normally RADIUS authenticated username and the admin account.

pdshow also looks ok (I think).

Can anyone help?

Pdshow really seems to be good! What is OS? Win-Sol? try resetcasuser if on win.

Also, share the NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/logs/STDout and err.log.

How do you reset casuser?

In command prompt, please try to run NMSROOT\setup\support\resetcasuser.exe and restart daemon manager.

Hi, thanks for the help so far.

Tried resetCasuser and chose a new random password but still seeing the access forbidden message.
