LMS FWSM Inventory Polling failed

We have LMS Version 4.2.2 and using it for managing Firewall Service Module (FWSM), Software 4.1(9), (SNMPv2,Telnet,SSH and TFTP allowed).

Inventory Polling for FWSM is always failing.  What could be a problem ?

Inventory Collection is ok.

Inventory Polling is ok for all other devices - Routers, Catalyst switches (6500 where FWSM is located...), some of them using SNMPv2, v3 ...

You should check if you can manually do a snmpwalk on the FWSM module?

you can do it from Device Centre or from CLI from server.

CLI utility from server is located at NMSROOT/objects/jt/bin/

snmpwalk -v <snmp version> -c <community string> <IP Add> <OID>

ex:

snmpwalk -v2c -c public 1.1.1.1 system

Yes, we have checked SNMP RO community with device credentials verification and with snmpwalk. Credentials verification job is ok, and with snmpwals, we can read OIDs.

Then run a Inventory job manually on the device and share the result.

Before that, turn debug on for ICServer from config management debugging options and share the NMSROOT\logs\IC_server.log from server.

Here are results of Inventory polling and asked log file.

Got any idea with this atached log?

We have made a test by polling ASA and FWSM and analyzing files in  ...CSCOpx\files\rme\jobs\InvPoller\(Number of Job)\...

We have found that log for ASA polling has couple of more lines than FWSM polling.  There is log attached.
