LMS Prime 4.2.4 - User tracking acquisition failed on 6500

Hello,

I'm trying to acquire users information on a 6500 switch in VSS.

I first tried in snmpv3 which did not work with the "context vlan- match prefix" trick, I then switched back to v2 but still not luck.

I've got all the required MIBs ...

Did anyone face the same issue ?

Is there any extra config required on a 6500 VSS to allow UTU ?

When you generate a report for that perticular device, do you see any end hosts there? Is device properly managed?

Do you see the device in topology view as green? Post the NMSROOT/campus/etc/cwsi/portsData.xml and vlanData.xml files.  What is the IP address and hostname of this VSS?

Share show version from device as well.

Poll device for sysObjectID and share result.
