Lost all IP-SLA collectors and historic reports during a change
Have a weekly backup file from the server , how can we restore deleted IP SLA [128] collectors and reports if possible

LMS 4.x doesnt have a specific or selective application backup restore mechanism.
If you have the backup for the LMS server simply restore it and it should bring back the IPM data/collectors as well*.
*=Assuming, during last backup LMS had all the collectors data in place.

All modules are working correctly except IP SLA 128 collectors & reporting
the filebackup.tar files & MDC - Files has some reports in it, could not locate any collector info
Is there a way to backup the ipm database , assuming it has one
