LMS4.1: migrate the data from Soft Appliance to Windows

Hi,

I know that it is possible to migrate the data from Solaris to Soft Appliance.

I would like to know if it is possible to migrate the data from Soft Appliance to Windows ?

I don't think so.

I was told by TAC you can not migrate from wolaris to windows due to format differences in the files in the backup.

Since the linux and solaris backups appear to be compatible I would say if it doesn't work for solaris it won't work for linux.
