Hi,

we have a problem with view the slot 1and 2 in vss. Attached please find the picture.The Model of card is  WS-X6816-10GE. It´s posible that htis version of prime don´t support this card?? Anyone know where can be the problem.?

The readme for the latest CiscoView package update for the Cat6k (v36.0, 10 May 2012) indicates that the WS-X6816-10T and WS-X6816-GBIC are currently supported in that family.

I suspect those are another way of referring to the WS-X6816-10T-2T and WS-X6816-10G-2T.

If your exact card model is one of those, updating your CiscoView with that update should make the cards appear properly.

Thanks for the clarification. Effectively is one of those cards. We try to upgrade CiscoView.
