LMS4.2-- use it as a TFTP server, not working

We have a LMS 4.2 installed. And I see the tftp port is open on it. however, every time, i tried to "copy running tftp" to the LMS from a switch, it says the

Trying to connect to tftp server......

Connection to Server Established.

TFTP put operation failed:Access violation

Could you tell me what's wrong with it? also, i seem not be able to find where to configure the tftp server.

the tftp server does not allow file creation, thus, the file must exist before the content can be copied to it.

Create a file in NMSROOT\tftpboot and try it again.
