Yep! What syslog utility/server are you using? A lot of the syslog vendors out there offer ways to generate reports based on top-talker over a period of time. For example, take a look at the screen shot from LogZilla attached.

I think i figured it out unknowningly. We have PRTG and it has netflow sensors but I hadn't used them before. I did the setup on my device and added a netflow sensor and boom the data I want is there.
