Logging from AD : missing uper bar with mega menu

Hello,

If  I log  into lms 4.0.1 with an account in Active directory, it takes the default user role ( configured for Network administrator in my LMS)

I can login and it gie me the home page with the default dashbord, but and can not go to other menu, because I do no see the upper bar with all the Mega-menu :      (My Menu   Monitor   Inventory... Logout... )

Do you know this problem ?

Post a screenshot.  What browser and on what OS is the client?

Browser is IE 7.0.

I tried also with Firefox.

Try shutting down Daemon Manager, then delete all of the files and directories under NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/work/Standalone/localhost.  Restart Daemon Manager and see if the Mega Menu returns.

I tried to do that, and it is the same problem.

Please note that this problem only appears when I login from AD. If I log with a local account, I can see the mega Menu.

Yeah, that was going to be my next question (what happens if you disable remote authentication).  I don't see any known bugs for this, and I cannot currently recreate an AD scenario.  I recommend you open a TAC service request so this can be analyzed further.
