Logical network separation task to distinguish between user bandwidth and management bandwidth

When the user band is set to 192.168.1.0/24 in the workgroup switch, the management IP is set in the same band.
For our company's stronger security
And decided to set the management IP as a separate band.
For example, if your workgroup switch has VLAN 10 in the user's band
VLAN 20 is newly created
I set management IP in VLAN 20
After that, the management IP was deleted in VLAN 10 which was used previously.
Now, I tried to remotely access (ssh) the management IP to a separate band different from the user's bandwidth.
However, as soon as the management IP was removed in the vlan 10 that was used previously, the interlayer switch was no longer connected.
Interestingly, this work went smoothly on other devices, but only on the device.
So I'm wondering if it's a problem with the equipment or the os version
Our company's backbone switch
ws-c3560x-24 12.2 (55) se8 c3560e-universal9-m
Workgroup switches
ws-c2960x-24ts-1 15.2 (2) e3 c2960x-universal9-m

Additional Information
Backbone <-> workgroup switches are connected by trunk
In the backbone, the same VLAN 20 as the workgroup switch is created.

Hi there,

Please can you share the config of your backbone switch?

Cheers,

Seb.

I would suggest that we might need to see configuration from both switches. Also it would be helpful to see the output of show interface trunk and of show ip interface brief from both switches.
