Not for Management Station to Device. However, RME 4.0 supports SSHv1 and SSHv2. You can use RME's Device Credential Verification feature to make sure SSH is working, and that the credentials configured in DCR are correct.
The DCV interface can be found under RME > Devices > Device Management > Device Credential Verification Jobs.
