MDS9134 failing inventory and config archive

We have an MDS9134 that is failing config archive with error message

CM0056 Config fetch failed for DR-9134-01 Cause: CM0204

Could not create DeviceContext for 226 Cause: CM0206

There are no device or software updates using software center.

If is a device package problem, is there a work around for this version of RME?

What is the sysObjectID of this switch? The error looks like lack of device support.

This is what is showing up when adding the device in Common Services:

OID:1.3.6.1.4.1.9.12.3.1.3.616

RME support for this device is not available until 4.1.1 (LMS 3.0.1). Only Campus supports this device in LMS 2.6.
