Menu autocommand not running with higher previlige level

Hi,

I have configured the menu based autocommmand on vty 3 4 line for initial troubleshooting for the users with previlige level 3

when user logs in, he gets into menu based but not able to run menus like term mon,etc which requires high privilage level.

Can you give some sample config or suggest..

The issue is to configure "flush-at-activation" command to ake the dial in connection. Isdn q931, debug modem csm, debug modem, debug async state, debug ip tcp trans etc... setup never worked and this is a new installation. So these commands have to be activated with
