Monitoring interface traffic in Prime infrastructure 3.9

We have Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.9, i tried to add a tab under Monitor / Monitoring Tools / Performance Graphs to monitor utilization in RX and TX of a sub-interface but it give me the error No Metrics available for this Interface. 
What can i do?

Are you configuring netflow or just interface statistics ? what device model and IOS code running ?

I have already configured Netflow, it's a rouer Cisco ISR4431/K9 and have the IOS Version 16.06.06.

how does the config look like , did you configured the IP of prime ?

Yes i have correctly configured netflow to the correct IP of Prime, if i go under Dashboard / Performance and under the tab Interface i can see the traffic that pass through the sub-interface.

Nope, sorry, apparently that bug got fixed in the 3.6 version of Prime, we have the 3.9 installed, however i tried to remove the description on the sub-interface anyway but it remind me the same error message, tried also to clear the cache of the browser as Cisco suggested but it didn't help.
