Multi-console appliance?

Hello.

I need an appliance to manage multiple console connection; in brief, I need an appliance with a Ethernet port that has also multiple serial ports, to connect to all my switch, router and firewalls, that are all into our server farm data center.

Is there any product like this?

Sure. It's generally referred to as a terminal server in the networking world.

You can use a Cisco product (such as a 2800 series router with async port interface cards added) or any number of third party products.
