This problem is caused by a known bug (CSCsx49920) and the remedy is to upgrade LMS to version 3.2.  The fix exists in the new database engine version used in LMS 3.2.

It looks like you have LMS 3.1.  There was a known bug in LMS 3.1 where the dfmInv database could become corrupted.  This is fixed with the version of the Sybase database engine used in LMS 3.2 and higher.  If you upgrade to LMS 3.2, then reinitialize your DFM databases as described in https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-8796 the problem will not return.
