I have two NAM-2's in my core, and about 80 remote sites connected via a private WAN. Assuming the routers and WAN circuits can handle the traffic, can the NAM handle aggregating 80 different Netflow exports? Is there a practical/theoretical maximum?

There is no imposed maximum limit, but development recommends no more than 100 NDE data sources. That said, we had one customer try with around 1000, and while they ran into one bug (which has since been fixed), it did work somewhat.
Remember, the NAM is not a Netflow collector. It is a reporting tool, and it is not designed to aggregate large numbers of flows. The best words of advice is to use common sense. If you start to see issues at 80, back things down.
