NAM Questions

Hello,

We are looking at a network re-design of two 6500 for our core and 4507s for our closet switches. We would like to improve our network visibility on the LAN side so we thought about NAMs. To get a good idea of what is happening on our network where would one put a NAM or do we need multiple NAMs?

Any thoughts and advise is ver y welcome,
