NAT overload from Outside to Inside

I have an OOB Network on Site 2 that need to be managed from Site 1. It's only available when the devices in Site 2 have OOB gateway.

When I configured NAT Rule, It's not available anymore either the devices have OOB gateway or not.

Is there any way?

you should not NAT those IP address soruce X  to Souce Y example . please send the config to look.
