NCS - Supported WLC?

Hi all,

Has anyone had an issue adding a 4402 to their NCS? It is listed under the supported devices, however my NCS install always seems to throw it in the Unknown devices stating that it is an Unsupported device.

I tried all solutions mentioned here and those that I found via googling, but didn't manage to add our one controller to NCS. So we decided to upgrade all 4400 series controllers to 5500 series. Only thing I didn't try was upgrading NCS 1.1 to Prime 1.2, which is our next move because 2600 series AP requires 7.3 series controller wich requires prime 1.2.

Sorry to hear that, did you open a tac case to verify it?

we didn't open tac case, because we knew that we have to get rid of 4400 series because it doesn't support 7.3 software.
