need help for NPS evaluation license

i download network planning solution(NPS) service provider 2.1 from

http://www.cisco.com/go/nps

but this software need a license. when i register on:

http://www.cisco.com/go/license

i can't find evaluation license for NPS from this url

please give me a hand!

i send mail to licensing@cisco.com

but they want a service order numbet etc.
