Need help for Ripv2 configuring network address for all routers

Greetings everyone! I am actually doing my own personal project and need your help to fix my issue. My current problem that i facing is Ripv2. I've made my own research but cant seems to fix. Anyway the description about my project is to set all my router for Ripv2. To allow other PC to be able ping with other branch PC. I assign them to respective vlans but i wasnt sure what network address to put in for routers. I will be adding a screenshot about my project. Please reply me asapNeed help with Ripv2 network address. Please tell me what to type in for the rest of the routers

you need intervlan routing you can try the next configuration:

"I can not see the address well and the hostname"

Router
--For each vlan-- this is for vlan 11

interface GigabitEthernetX/X.111
encapsulation dot1Q 111
ip address 192.168.203.1 255.255.255.0
no shut

Switch
switchport mode trunk
