Hi, we need support for enable Cisco smartnet on above devices.
BE6000M CUCM - We are asked by support provider to retrieve a recent .txt file of the show tech command output. But we do not have admin password to enter to the server & take it.
Cisco 5508 Wireless controller - System is in working condition but we do not have admin password of this as well. We need to enable smartnet for this device as well.
We need support for collecting the text file & enable the smartnet please

- You will not be able to accomplish this task without knowledge of the admin password.

Dear Marce,
Many thanks for your replies. we have a good news that, we received the password for the WLAN Controller from the vendor.
But we still do not have the password for the Call Manager. Could you please advise how to enable smartnet as we do not have the admin password please? (We need to login & generate a .txt file & submit the file in order to enable smartnet)

- Again I presume that knowledge of the CUCM admin password will be essential (default is admin , with no password)
