Netflow and AS Tracking

Is there a way within Netflow to track the AS, or AS Path that our internet traffic is going to? We have multiple ISP's and I am trying to find a way to "Balance" traffic across these providers. One suggested using Netflow to track this information.

You can do the balancing using the standard BGP attributes. not sure if you can do it in netflow

I guess what I'm really looking for is a way to track which ISP's our providers are peering with. If both peer with the same ISP we don't really have true redundancy across our internet links.
