Hi,
does Cisco provide a gui tool to monitor bandwidth and such, I've read about netflow but I can't seem to find the program I do however find other GUI programs that show netflow information like NetFlow Analyzer Integration.

not Cisco product, but you might want to check out Netflow Tracker from Fluke http://www.flukenetworks.com (previously Crannog in Ireland).
if you really want to sink your teeth into something, check out ACE & ITG from Opnet - http://www.opnet.com - which also can eat netflow data either taken from cflowd/flowscan ( http://www.caida.org/tools ), or through their VNE consolidator.
if your needs are simpler, then Scrutinizer might be for you: www.plixer.com
