Network Management System

Hi, wondering which NMS that people are using. We have around a 100 networks devices, WLC, NetScaler and FMC/FTD. We currently use Cisco Prime Infrastructure but are hoping to find a more encompassing tool that would provide alerting, config backup/archive and performance monitoring.

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Hi, we already use SolarWinds for mostly server monitoring. We are going to install the Network Configuration Module to see what we get from that.

PI will be replaced by DNA Centre soon-ish. EoS/EoL should be out this year.
Just as a warning, DNAC is very, very "rough around the edge" & a lot of "road maps" (read between the lines).
The appliance is cheap (sometimes free) but the cost of the licensing and features can be heart-stopping.

Hi, we also have DNAC. It doesn't archive configurations.

Hi.

For smaller networks, I'm using LoriotPro (luteus.fr or loriotpro.com). Easy to install, easy to use an not really expensive.

In other cases, I'm using PRTG. Also a nice tool.

Best regards
