Q1. What is the best tool for log collection in cisco device(Switch, Router and ASA )? EPC, SPAN or other tools?
For cisco device usually you configure the device to send the log somewhere. You can use syslog server to receive this log. Now a days is very common integrade syslog server with tools like Kibana or grafana and them you can take statistics from the logs or perform advanced searches.
Q2. As Huawei has #display diag command to collect all logs from the device. Is there any command in cisco device to collect all logs?
Cisco has the command "show logs" that allows you do see on the screen the logs according to the buffer size currently configured.
But for log collection, you need to export it via syslog as explained on the first question.
