network problem with C3K-PWR-265WAC Concole switch 48 ports

i have a 15 working media pc stations, 1 encoder for brodcasting and 1 router for internet. when i connect everything to the switch it works perfectly but when i plug in the internet cable the encoder stops after 1 minute. but whenever i plug it out the encoder works correctly directly.

all the pcs got static ip, the no ip conflict is detected.

the encoder reads the pcs over multicast id.

what might be the problem :( ?

give us the details what port encoder connected and what port internet connected?

what do you see in the console Logs ?

That is a product ID of a power supply.  

Can help if this is the only information to go by.
