Network Slowdown After Physical Move of Network

So a few months back Westlake moved locations.  All networking equipment was very well labeled, and when everything was put back together it has been plugged in using the exact same physical topography as before.  You'd think it'd work the exact same way as before under those conditions, but this is not the case.

There is a database program that the company uses, and after the move switching between tasks in the application has slowed down significantly (from imperceptible or a second or two, to 10-15 seconds).  We have eliminated that it's a problem with the database (when running the same tasks through a workstation vs. directly on the server, the behavior points to a network issue), and we have eliminated that it was the addition of the security cameras to the system by disconnecting the camera system for a few days.

Considering we did not change the configuration of the devices, and have eliminated the one change we did make (the addition of the camera system), we are currently at a loss as to what could be causing it.

This required End to end Testing required.

As you confirmed connected Switch if you connect Workstation it all working fine as per your mesages.

so you need to post us your topology. how these network connected.

You need to start from end connected switch to until server, where you see the issue. until we know HLD of your network at this stage hard to say where it was wrong.

Try to capture Wireshark from PC, each switch to see which point you can see lagging.

So the "slowdown" is observed ONLY by the DB?

What I'm saying is:  If we take the DB off the table, is ANYTHING ELSE experiencing this slow down?
