Hi all,
Can someone please recommend network applications that would test the connectivity between 2 sites?
Basically, I want to test and see how many packets are dropped, TTL etc between 2 sites.
Thank you very much in advance and looking forward for your reply.
Kind Regards,
Vignesh.

Ummmm ... Try BER (Bit Error Rate) test.
Every telecom will support that.

Depending on your equipment, you can probably use IP Service Level Agreement (SLA) technology that is built into most Cisco routers and switches. Have a look at the configuration guide for an overview of what it does and details on how to set it up.
Once you've configured it, it is useful to have an enterprise management tool to collect and visualize the output. Otherwise you have to go into command line and look at output on individual endpoints. You could use a tool like Cisco Prime LMS which includes performance management and IP SLA support (see this video). Other 3rd party tools include SolarWinds Voice and Network Quality Manager and PRTG. Most tools also guide you through setting up the collectors.
