Network top talker! Bandwidth consumption!

Hello,

what is the best solution in cisco world for finding the top talkers in the network.

I need to know what bandwidth consumption per IP.

I found out that Cisco IOS router with solarwind using SNMP.

Does cisco ASA generate this kind of reports?
