Since your are using the demo version of the nfc 5.0.2, all the features will not be functional. Normally in the demo version you will be able to use limited number of features. That is the reason you are not able to use the "Filters" feature. Try getting the full package. With the full package you should not have any problems..
you re wrong my friend, I talked with Cisco, now Im using Netcape as browser, and my problem solved. It is a bug.
