None Detected - Schedule run reports cisco prime

Hi, we are generating report to cisco prime for our wireless clients and we are having an issue in generating the report

 

For example, we generate a report from 8am to 5PM  on December 20, 2020, the issue is that it can generate report but the report does not appear when you filter the date from december 20 to december 20, our workaround for this is to extend the "from" date to other dates like  from december10 to december 20 and after that we can now see and download our report
