Not able to get config backup trough LMS 4.2

Hi all,

I am using LMS 4.2 and i am trying to get the configuration backup for my switches which are managed through LMS .

Things are working well. But I am not able to get configuration backup for  some switches which are authenticating through AAA server cisco ACS.

Is it possible to get configuration backup for the devices which are authenticating through ACS server ??

Are devices using telnet or SSH credentials? What error do you see on failing devices? Run a Credential verification job for failing device and share result.

It is possible to get config backup on devices configued for AAA.

Also, what is the device platform? IOS version, just to check it is supported LMS device.
