Obtaining A Vlan Interface IP address (Or Network) Via SNMP

My dilemma is as follows, I say it is impossible to achieve, but you all might be able to prove me wrong.

I want to do an SNMPWALK on a Layer 2 switch and discover which vlans are on it, next, with this info, Id like to poll the corresponding layer 3 device where those vlan interfaces are configured and obtain the IP address of the VLAN (Idealy id like to see the network address instead of the first usable IP as our vlan interfaces are assigned). Is this at all possible? Let me know if more info is needed..

Thanks.

A layer 2 switch is likely to

A layer 2 switch is likely to only have an IP address configured on 1 VLAN, which will be used for management.  You should be able to retrieve this single IP address via SNMP.
