Partially Collected Config Archive

Hello,

For 3 switches config archive is partially collected,After searching from enough threads i have done the below but still no sucess

1. i have given enough rights to tftpboot dir for caususer
   
2. created a vlan.dat in tftpboot folder
   
3. manually copied vlan.dat from switch to the file in vlan.dat
4. start a job of syn but no sucess.

Any hints experts.
