Hi Experts,

Can I do a password recovery for CiscoWorks LMS 3.0? If I have lost my login username and password.

Yes. Follow the instructions for RME 3.3 and later at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/cscowork/ps2073/products_password_recovery09186a0080107dee.shtml .

This assumes you're using local authentication and authorization. If not, you will need to run the following command:

NMSROOT/bin/perl NMSROOT/bin/ResetLoginModule.pl

then, if you still cannot login, follow the password recovery procedure above.
