PI 2.2 couldn't send out all alert email

Hi All,

      My client has installed PI 2.2 to test the function in order to buy it. And then they found the PI system couldn't send out the alert email what they want. For example, when shutting down the switch which has connected with 9 APs daily, they just received one AP down email, the other AP email couldn't be received. And there were 9 APs alarm existed at PI alarm tab. However, when other APs down, the email would be sent out and don't miss any one. The type of 9 APs is 1010, so any suggestion? Or  how to troubleshooting it? I don't know which log file should be checked! Thx very much!

Hi Tira,

AFAIK, if all the AP goes down at the same time , there will be single "Alarm" however multiple "Event" ,hence you are  getting one email..

can you try to bring AP's down  after some interval (lets say 1 min or 2 ) and see how many emails you are getting.
