Hi All,
Recently we have a POC for PI 3.1 to manage some switches and APs, everything goes well except for the mail notification. After entering SMTP server IP and sender setting in GUI, then we saved and test, however we couldn't receive any about PI email, even checking junk mail box.
PI can ping SMTP server IP and the same entry of email(smtp server ip、smtp port、username and password) can work in other NMS tool.
So any suggestion about it or how to check the email log and fix it, thx in advance!

- Verify your designated SMTP SERVER's smpt or and mail logs too ; to check wether an smtp-session attempt is executed in any way or form from the Prime server

Open the shell prompt on the PI Server.
telnet smtp-server-ip 25

it can work that PI telnet the smtp server-25!
