Ping from PC-A to PC-C

I'm configuring the OSPF network, and I got some problems.

In the picture file given, the PC-A could ping the R3 using the 10.40.40.2, but it could not ping the network (192.168.30.0), and vice versa. 

May I know what is happening on these networks?

Hi @Louis Lee ,

Try removing the static route for 192.168.30.0/24 on R1 and try pinging 192.168.30.1 and 192.168.30.3 again. Also, can you attach the PT  file as @Martin L suggested.
