PIX config archiving on CiscoWorks

I'd like to know if it's possible to archive PIX configuration to RME without having VMS installed? I can see CWS account logging in but then it fails to login to enable mode. The PIX is on TACACAS. Looks like TACACS issue, maybe need to make a group, where CWS account belongs to, enabled for PIX MMC. But how could that be a case if the CiscoWorks does not have VMS. Let me know what you think. Which version of RME?. The latest version do support config mgmt for PIX.

It's 3.5 version.

Is the PIX configured to prompt for a username and password when entering enable mode? Or do you just enter username when initially logging in and then just a password to get into enable mode?
