In my company we are using access points for users to connect to our network. We basically add their MAC addresses to aviod users from outside easy access. This access point has a static IP.However, recently the access point has been restarted and been assigned another IP(dynamic) by our DHCP server and now I'm not able to log in to the access point. I have found out the new IP and tried logging into the access point but it does not accept the password and I donot know the Cisco default password. Also I have found out from the other access points that there is a global password. Is there anyway I can recieve these passwords or access the access point so that I can add the MAC addresses of new users to this access point or if there is another work around without causing any disturbance or losing previous users.
P.S In my DHCP server log it shows the Cisco access point as reservation inactive.
