Port Name

In the User Tracking, the PortName field is all empty.

How do I get it to show up automatically picking from with the CiscoView Label or directly from set port name on the Switch?

It should be taken from "port name" or "description" configured in the switch. I'm not managing CatOS switches, but it works for me in IOS switches.

What do have to do to make the Port Name show up?
