Where can I find a document that list and describes all the PPS associated with CiscoPrime LMS 4.1 and later? Thanks.

For LMS 4.1 you can check it here. It is almost same for other LMS versions. You can find for LMS 4.2 as well :

If I may, please reffer to my fairly recent post on the matter of LMS port usage.
For some reason they forgot to list the usage of DNS and NTP, so please dont forget those ports in your design.
