Just installed PI 2.2. Running an eval and I'm in the process of setting up e-mail alerts.
On LMS4 I had the option to tailor notifications received and I'm wondering if I can do the same in Prime?
For example, the notifications in the attached image are sent when I enable the Router option. However, even though PI thinks this is critical, to us this is not an issue on our end and I would like to be able to disable this type of notification.
The only way to disable this notification at the moment is to un-tick the router category, but this will stop all notifications related to routers which I don't want to stop coming in.
The notification is under the critical alert message Port Serial0/0/0 is down.
I looked under Administration > System Settings > Severity Configuration
But wasn't able to identify where I can disable this type of alert. In the Alarm field it states that this is part of the router category, but in the section above "Severity Configuration" there is no Router Category.
Can you please help/advise?

advise if there is an option to do so with PI just like we did with LMS please?
